AllSome always do the best to fulfill every order as perfect as we can at all times. However, we are humans and, on occasion, we do make mistakes! For any such error, AllSome want to ensure that we provide remedy for the mistake and come to a swift resolution. Please see below for our policies on specific instances.


To continue to reduce our error rates, we need your help in bringing the specific errors to AllSome's attention. Together, we will be putting measures in place to prevent them going forward. AllSome will gladly reconcile operations errors within 7 days from the delivered date of the shipment. 

  1. Pick & Pack Errors
  2. Damaged inventory
  3. Lost Inventory

All errors must be written reported to AllSome within 7 days from the delivered date of the shipment to be entitled for claiming.


Pick & Pack Errors

Each inventory item is tagged with unique barcode, usually at the lower bottom corner of the product. To effectively backtrace the pick & pack error, please submit AllSome with the tagged barcode and AllSome recovery team will investigate the order right-away. 


If it was determined that AllSome has made an error in the picking of items or quantities of items, you can choose from the following:

  1. AllSome will arrange to retrieve the incorrect inventory and resend the correct items and/or quantities at AllSome expense as well as soon as possible, as smooth as possible.
  2. AllSome will credit the manufacturer's value, up to MYR150 per order. This is a good solution if you don't want to ask the recipient to return the items.


Damaged Inventory

AllSome limits its damage liability to the lesser of the actual product value (manufacturers' cost of the goods) or 10 times of the handling fee per item; at any damage caused. 


AllSome shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods unless the loss or damage resulted from the failure of AllSome to exercise such care in regard to them as a reasonably careful person would exercise under like circumstances. AllSome shall not be liable for any such loss or damage, which could not have been avoided by the exercise of such care.


Note: AllSome require an invoice showing the manufacturing value in order to apply such credit.


Lost Inventory

If it was determined that AllSome has made an error and lost inventory, AllSome will apply a credit for the lesser of the actual product value (Manufacturers' cost of the goods, exclude taxes, fees or shipping/import costs) or 10 times of the handling fee per item. 


If you would like to opt for a higher compensation for your inventory, we strongly recommend you purchase additional insurance:

  • MYR 0.25 per item that will cover up to MYR150 per lost item.
  • 3% of the value of item for full coverage of lost item.

Note: AllSome require an invoice showing the manufacturing value in order to apply such credit.
