We are regret that damages and losses happened to shipment. AllSome offers compensation up to MYR 150.00 per shipment based on terms & conditions. 

In order to file claim with AllSome, please contact your Key Account Manager or submit a ticket by clicking on New Support Ticket button above; with the tracking number and required document(s) as outlined in the table below.

Lost in Transit

30 days no updates.

  • Invoice for specific item or order.

  • Upon request, communication from recipient stating they did not receive the package.

Important Notes:

  • For damage package upon receiving the shipment, please notify the buyer to take a photo and reject the acceptance of shipment.
  • AllSome will not file claims for damage package where the courier bag/flyer/carton is undamaged. 
  • AllSome will not file claims or offer refunds for shipment under any of the following conditions:
    • Marked as "Delivered" from the official tracking
    • Shipment that have proof of signature and/or final scan.
    • Shipment that have proof of delivery.
  • All claims filed through AllSome for lost or damaged in transit must be filed within 7 DAYS of the delivered date (received by recipient). Any claims submitted after this time frame will not be valid for processing or reimbursement due to limitations on when claims are accepted for approval by the carriers.
  • AllSome does not cover the shipping or re-redelivery costs for the lost/damaged items.
  • AllSome does not cover the handling costs for the lost/damaged items and re-delivery.
  • If the shipment was NOT insured, AllSome can only provide compensation up to MYR150.00 per shipment. Insurance purchase is subject to availability.
